What do I need to order Envision Awards?
To order Envision Awards, you will need your:
- Envision Verification Level
- Envision project ID (assigned by ISI)
- Verification year
- Infrastructure project name
- Shipping and billing addresses
Your details will be verified and displayed in the database of Envision Project Awards.
How can I confirm the details of my order are correct?
Once we have received your Envision Awards order, we will email you an order confirmation and an artwork proof based on the details you provided. Review your artwork proof closely to ensure that all details are correct. Let us know if any changes are needed. Your artwork approval is required before your order can be produced. Failure to approve your artwork in a timely manner may delay lead times.
Can I add additional customization or my company logo?
Sorry, we are not able to change the layout, add additional fields, or add your own logos/artwork to your Envision Awards.
How can I pay for my order?
During checkout, you can select to pay by credit card or check. If paying by check, we will email you an invoice for payment as soon as your order is received. Note that we cannot ship your order until payment has been received, so prompt payment is required to ensure timely delivery. All orders are billed in US dollars.
What sales tax applies to my order?
No taxes are applied to orders shipped to the US or internationally. Orders shipped within Canada are subject to HST or GST according to the province of receipt. Orders shipped within British Columbia are also subject to 7% PST.
How long will my order take?
Orders for Envision Awards will be delivered within 8 weeks from the date you approve your artwork.
Is faster delivery available?
Rush services may be available when you order. We offer a 5-week lead time for a 15% rush charge, and a 2-week lead time for a 25% rush charge. Please select either option during checkout or inquire for details.
Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping Envision Awards is a separate charge that is calculated during checkout and determined by your location and order size.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS and a tracking number is provided with each shipment. We guarantee safe delivery on all orders originating directly from Eclipse Awards. We are unable to ship on client’s courier accounts.
I made an error, can I return my award?
All Envision Awards are customized and made to order, so all sales are final. Artwork proofs are provided to avoid errors, so please review yours closely before approving. Once you have approved your artwork proofs, no further changes are possible. In the event of a client error, Eclipse Awards offers a 20% courtesy discount on replacement Envision Awards.
